Talk Therapy - Psychotherapy and Counselling

Talk Therapy is an effective way of understanding and dealing with emotional distress, through psychotherapy and counselling.

Working closely with a therapist in a non-judgemental and totally confidential environment, clients are encouraged to be fully involved in their own treatment plan, which focuses on four key elements:

Awareness - Understanding - Acceptance - Change

Therapy may involve a single method, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, (CBT) or an Integrative Approach, comprising several methods. Hypnotherapy may complement treatment if desired.

Talk Therapy has been shown to be particularly effective when dealing with issues such as:

DepressionGeneral and Workplace Stress
AnxietyLow Self Esteem
Panic AttacksRelationship Issues
Fears and PhobiasFamily Concerns
