Nutrition
Ever wondered exactly what Nutritional Therapy could do for you? Maybe you’re just overwhelmed by the media with all the information you’re given about what foods are good and bad for you.
The act of eating is extremely powerful on both a physical and emotional level and ultimately what you eat will either nourish your body or put it under immense strain contributing towards many symptoms such as:
- Lack of energy
- Stress
- Depression
- Low immunity
- Digestive issues
- Poor skin
Nutritional Therapy can be particularly helpful for:
- Weight management
- Food allergies / intolerances
- High blood pressure, cholesterol
- Digestive and bowel problems
- Lack of energy / fatigue
- Pre-conceptual care
- Anti-ageing
- Stress
- PMS
Nutritional Therapy aims to optimise health through a balance of good diet and positive lifestyle. Sometimes diagnostic tests and supplementation may be suggested where appropriate.
Initial consultation 1hr 30min £65 and follow-up sessions 45minutes £45
